02 Learn from the best
A returning All-American and one of the nation's top collegiate wrestlers, and an assistant coach at Valor. Rocco has trained alongside some of the best wrestlers and coaches in the world, and he teaches that same system here: elite technique, discipline, and a championship mindset.
03 Training Groups
Athletes train with their own age and experience group three nights a week, then the whole club comes together on Sunday.

07 The Facility
A dedicated mat room on Main Street in Marianna: full competition surface, clean, well-lit, and built around one purpose. Two more Valor programs are on the way under the same roof.
Striking classes with Mark Shrader: boxing, kickboxing, footwork and defense.
