Season One
Four practices a week, every week. Athletes train with their division Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and the whole club trains together on Sunday.

05 Before you come
Wrestling shoes, a water bottle, and athletic clothing they can move in. Shorts and a t-shirt are fine. Headgear is optional but recommended. If your athlete does not have wrestling shoes yet, come anyway and talk to a coach.
Yes. The Bravo Division is built for first-year wrestlers alongside experienced ones, and coaches group athletes by size and experience during drilling. Starting with no background is completely normal.
Bravo is kindergarten through 8th grade, and Alpha is junior high through high school. There is overlap around junior high. If you are not sure, ask a coach and we will place your athlete where they will get the best work.
Absolutely. A drop-in session is $25 and gets your athlete into any regularly scheduled practice.
No. It is a month-to-month membership covering the 16 scheduled practices in that month.
Mat space is limited
Each division is capped by the size of the room. Register early to make sure your athlete has a place on the mat.
